Hi, I'm Jonty, a qualified level 3 Road and Time Trial Coach, experienced racing cyclist, qualified mechanic, and personal trainer.
I offer: 1 to 1 coaching, fitness assessments, tailored weekly training plans and small group coaching helping you get the very best out of your bike, riding confidently, and training for future goals. I can give you the security of dealing with minor issues (punctures, getting lost etc), hopefully removing all anxiety to maximise improvement and enjoyment. My aim is to tailor everything to move you forward as an individual.
This would make a perfect Christmas present. For example: Learn how to ride safely on UK roads, how to drink while riding, which gear and when to change gear, how to ride smoothly and manage energy and fitness levels, how to train towards future goals.
