Altitude Training
Spot on Coaching is delighted to be able to offer the performance advantage of altitude training.
Top athletes such as Mo Farah, Alistair Brownlee, Chris Froome all train at Altitude, and that same advantage is now available in Hereford.
Spot on Coaching has a Sporting Edge Cloud 9 generator, which reduces the oxygen within the air that the athlete inhales, thus gaining the full effects of altitude training. This makes altitude training now available and convenient.
Altitude Training £50 per hour (multiple bookings can be purchased to reduce the costs) Athletes must use their own individual mask.
Bike Fit
Fresh from NJD Sports Injury bike fit course, I’m pleased to be able to offer bike fits to customers. How your bike fits you, helps make cycling either more enjoyable, or helps you to achieve hard earned PBs a little sooner. My bike fits will come from the coach/mechanical eye.

Spot-on Kit
Spot on Coaching has its very own distinctive kit, Orange being its main colour. The Circles are a slight link to my previous career as a Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor, and also to how connected you are to Spot on Coaching, which ring would you place yourself in, like a target.
We also produce special one off kits for the Majorca Trips.
The kit is sold with minimum profit and currently manufactured by Velotec.

24 Hour Racket Restrings
Spot on Coaching provides a 24hr restring and grip replacement service for:
- Tennis
- Squash
- Badminton
- Racketball
All Rackets are restrung to precise electronic tension, as recommended for each racket or playing style. Grommets replaced if required.
